INLO has no account and no server of its own. What you log stays on your iPhone. Only for purchases does the app talk to Apple's App Store.

Who we are

What INLO stores

Your vials (name, colour, concentration, syringe size, stock, reconstitution details and notes), your injections (time, amount, site and note, with a copy of the vial's name, colour and concentration), your reminders and your settings. Plus whether you have INLO Pro, and until when.

This is information about your health, so it stays with you: INLO keeps it on your iPhone only and never sends it anywhere. Nobody else can access it, including us. Delete the app and it's gone. If you back up your iPhone, it may be included in that backup, as with any app.

Purchases

You buy INLO Pro through the App Store. Apple handles the payment, and your iPhone checks your purchase itself. INLO has no server of its own for that. We never see your name, email address or payment details. Apple's privacy policy and Apple's standard terms of use apply to purchases.

Notifications and widget

Your iPhone schedules reminders itself. Nothing goes through a server. Turn off Details in notifications and no name or amount appears on your Lock Screen. If you try INLO Pro for free, your iPhone schedules a reminder two days before the trial ends, if notifications are on.

The widget reads a short summary that INLO prepares on your iPhone: when you last injected and when the next one is due. Turn off Data in the widget and it shows only the logo.

Face ID

If you lock INLO with Face ID or Touch ID, your iPhone does the check. INLO only learns whether it succeeded, and never sees your face or fingerprint.

Motion sensor

INLO uses your iPhone's motion sensor only to let light move across the glass of your vials. Nothing from it is stored or sent.

Exporting

When you export your injections as a CSV file, you choose where it goes, for example to your doctor. From then on, it's up to the recipient.

What we don't do

INLO has no account, no server of its own, no ads and no analytics. The app only connects to the App Store, for purchases, and only opens a web page when you tap a link yourself, such as this privacy policy. We don't track you, don't sell data and receive nothing about what you do in the app.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask which personal data is held about you, and have it corrected or erased. Because INLO sends us nothing, that's in your own hands: you make changes in the app, and Erase all data in More removes your injections, vials and reminders from your iPhone. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Children

INLO is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

If this privacy policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
