Pull the plunger to your dose. Move your finger away from the syringe to fine-tune, or tap the number and type. One tap on I've injected and it's logged.

Name, colour, concentration and syringe size for each vial. Choose a vial and the syringe jumps to your default dose.

Reminders on your schedule

Fixed weekdays or every few days, with your weekly total. Log straight from the notification, or let INLO skip it if you've already injected.

Always know what you took

Amount, active substance and time for every injection, with your full history by month. Export it all as CSV, for Numbers, Excel or your doctor.
