GRWM Timer has no account and no server of its own. This page explains what stays on your phone and what the ad provider may collect.

Who we are

GRWM Timer is made by CRENO, The Hague, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 97563994). For any question about privacy, email crenoprojecten@outlook.com.

What stays on your phone

Your leave time, routines, steps, alarm sound and running timer are stored only on your iPhone. They are never sent to us or anyone else, and deleting the app deletes them.

Alarms and notifications

If you allow it, GRWM Timer schedules alarms or notifications on your iPhone for the time you need to start getting ready. They are handled by iOS on your device. You can turn them off at any time in the iPhone Settings app.

Advertising

The app shows one ad when you finish getting ready. Ads are served by Google AdMob, provided by Google. To show and measure ads, Google may collect:

device identifiers, such as the advertising identifier if you allow tracking;
information about how you interact with ads;
diagnostic data, such as crash and performance data;
approximate location based on your IP address.

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time under Ad privacy choices in the app's Settings. The app also asks, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether it may use the advertising identifier. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised.

What we don't do

We don't run analytics of our own, we don't sell data, and we don't receive your routines or any personal details from the app.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data is held about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Because the app keeps your data on your phone, you control most of it directly. For data held by Google, use your ad privacy choices in the app or contact Google. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Children

GRWM Timer is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
